Sunny Island Set in the Sea

After 9 months of depressing humid free weather, im finally back home to the sunny island that is known as the “shining example” of efficiency of this part of Asia.

Well, changes are inevitable in life and yes, changes did occur over the last few months:

GST Hike
NETS Hike
Minister Pay Hike

wee hee, the only hike that im quite happy about is the starting pay of graduate teachers, well, at least they are doing something right, next thing they should do is to raise our allowance, oh come on, London is shit expensive to live in.

Well, here’s the update so far:

Touch down on SQ 321, suprisingly short flight from the shit hole aka Heathrow, Changi is the best, you have to admit it.

Came out of the arrival hall at 1830hrs and proceeded to have a great dinner with my darling parents, BEST food i could ever ask for, Simple, nice everyday Zi Char that I have craved for, for the last few months

AND i got dropped off at 2200hrs at paramount hotel to report for my passion! haha, its really great to get to meet Ernest, Ken, Gabe, Peter and Yenny after such a long time.

I’m bloggin away on the fourth night of the camp, while THE session is going on. Got to meet Jules Mel and Terri, all of whom have actually blossomed into quite beautiful things, although jule’s head swelled and almost exploded when ernest praised her, GAWD Damned it jules.
